Abstract
The tornado is not the only deadly phenomenon raging through the Twin cities. Preceeding each drastic change in the weather, a young woman is brutally murdered. The only clue to the monster's identity is a partial fingerprint which matched those of an eccentric weatherman -- a man who can sense changes in the weather before the National Weather Service can read them.
