    Bertie desperately wants to avoid the rural town of Steeple Bumpleigh, where his fearsome Aunt Agatha and her husband Lord Worplesdon (Uncle Percy) live, along with Bertie's ex-fiance?e Florence Cray and her troubled younger brother.
