Abstract
Half Inuit, half outsider, Edie Kiglatuk is the best guide in her corner of the Arctic. When a man is murdered under her watch, she sets out to investigate but is shocked by the suicide of someone close to her. The events seem unrelated, but Edie's instinct says otherwise.
