Abstract
It's April 1st, and Gerry Coneybear, who inherited her Aunt Maggie's big old house (and her aunt's twenty cats), is wishing her mountain of bills was a joke. She's just self-published her children's book, and that cost money. Plus the valuable painting she was hoping to sell has gone missing. Gerry has had the distinct feeling she's being stalked lately, and her kitten Jay has begun acting almost as if it's possessed. And then there's that suspicious death.
