Abstract
A hysterical romp across the Southwest, it pits a spunky Texan mom against the star-studded power of Hollywood. While watching TV one day, Ruby Kincaid catches sight of her runaway daughter Violet in a commercial. Quicker than a jackrabbit, Ruby makes up her mind to head straight for Tinseltown and reclaim her wayward daughter--even if she has to lasso her.
