When James Oberon and his construction crew arrive in Stone Trail for a simple remodeling job, he notices strange things about the town right away. Unwanted advances from his coworker, Reggie Frakes, distract James and make him struggle to focus on work and keep his temper. As the friction between Reggie, James and the other employees increases, James finds himself drawn to a handsome Italian restaurateur, Aaron Morelli. Their mutual attraction infuriates Reggie, and when a hunky mechanic enters the picture, Reggie’s determination to have James all to himself builds to explosive proportions. Haunted by golden wolves and stalked by a rogue werewolf, James is unwittingly thrust into the town’s dark secrets and into the arms of Aaron, a man who makes it all worthwhile. But they must face the rogue if they want any chance of a future together.
