    Summary:

Cody is no longer the kid with cancer, or the soccer player always sitting on the bench as a substitute. But just when he is getting used to being the striker on the Lions soccer team, as well as being friends with his teammates and a girl named Mandy, everything changes. Stafa, a skilled younger player, is added to the team and brings the chance for some of the Lions to get called up to an elite team. But Stafa is a striker, so will Cody play a different position to stay on the starting line? Is he ready to have something more than friendship with Mandy when she is suddenly distant with him? Now that he no longer needs treatment for his cancer, maybe he should take up his parents' offer to move back to their old home town and just leave everything behind?
