Abstract
At fifteen, Elizabeth Gilpin was an honor student and star athlete, but behind closed doors, undiagnosed depression was wreaking havoc. At a loss, her parents enrolled her in a behavioral modification program, and it got worse from there. Elizabeth recalls the horrors she endured, the friends she lost to suicide and addiction, and how she was finally able to pick up the pieces of her life years later.
