The discipline, motivation, coaching support and excitement of achieving success boosted my self esteem and self-confidence so much that after Athens, I yearned to pass on what I’d learned. The message of never giving up, such a throwaway line, took on real meaning as I experienced first hand its full power. The mind is so powerful that it can make or break you; it is the one thing standing between you and the finish line. It took time for me to harness my mind’s power, but once I had it, I felt invincible.”
